  • What if I'm not receiving emails from Varsity Tutors?

    If you're having trouble receiving our emails or if they’re being sent to spam (especially for Gmail users), here’s how you can fix it:

    Step 1: Check your spam folder

    • Open any Varsity Tutors email in your spam folder.
    • Add the sender as a contact by clicking the name Varsity Tutors and selecting Add to contacts.
    • In the email body, click Looks Safe to mark it as trusted.

    Step 2: Set up a filter (for Gmail users)

    1. Click the gear icon in Gmail and go to Filters and Blocked Addresses.
    2. Select Create a new filter.
    3. In the From field, type @varsitytutors.com.
    4. Check the following:
      • Never send it to Spam
      • Always mark it as important
      • Also apply filter to matching conversations
    5. Click Create Filter.

    If issues persist, contact Gmail Support or your email provider for additional assistance. Varsity Tutors is unable to directly resolve email delivery issues, as these are managed by the email provider. Most other email platforms will have similar options in their settings.
