How often are new classes added?
New classes are added weekly to provide fresh and engaging learning opportunities. Explore a wide variety of topics designed to spark curiosity and support academic growth.

What is the maximum number of students in a class?
Class size depends on the type of class:
StarCourses: These classes are designed for large audiences and do not have an enrollment limit. StarCourses often feature celebrity instructors or experts. Each session includes both an instructor and a moderator to answer questions via the chat tool and ensure a seamless learning experience.
Group Classes: These classes typically have a smaller number of students, with an average of 12 participants. This smaller class size allows for more personalized interaction with the instructor and among peers, creating a collaborative and engaging environment.
Tip: Enrollment in smaller classes can fill up quickly, so early registration is recommended to secure your spot.

What should I do if I miss a session? Are recordings provided?
For 1-on-1 tutoring sessions, recordings are available for your convenience. However, recordings are not provided for classes to ensure the privacy of all students.
Attendance for classes is completely flexible—you can join every session or just the ones that fit your schedule. If you miss a session, no worries! Simply join the next one to pick up where you left off. Please note that make-up sessions are not currently offered.

How is behavior and decorum managed in classes?
Instructors teaching live classes are highly experienced in managing group settings and design their curriculum to keep students actively engaged. They are also trained in best practices for group instruction, including effective strategies for managing classroom behavior.
Additionally, each class includes a moderator who helps answer questions in the chat and monitors student engagement. This ensures a positive, productive, and respectful learning environment for all participants.

How should my student participate in the classroom?
Each class is unique, with varying levels of participation through chat and speaking opportunities. Participation is encouraged but not required—students can choose to simply observe if they prefer.
Classroom Etiquette:
To ensure a positive learning environment, we ask that students:
- Respect Others: Allow the instructor and classmates to speak without interruptions.
- Use Chat Responsibly: Keep chat contributions focused on answering the instructor’s questions or sharing relevant insights.
- Follow Instructions: Adhere to any participation guidelines provided by the instructor.
