Learning Membership plans are customized to meet each student’s specific needs. Learning Membership Plans are based on:

• The subject being studied.
• The number of tutoring hours included per month.

To start a new Learning Membership plan, call the Varsity Tutors team to speak with an education consultant who will do the following:

Answer Questions:
Provide information about subjects, scheduling options, and other Learning Membership plan details.

Understand Learning Goals:
Listen to your family’s specific learning needs to gain a clear understanding of your goals.

Design a Tailored Plan:
Create a personalized learning plan in collaboration with you, ensuring alignment with your goals and scheduling preferences.

Learning Membership plan hours may be applied to any subject offered through Varsity Tutors. Learning Membership plan hours may also be used by any member of the family. All learners on the same account will share the available hours within the Learning Membership plan.

Each learner must have an individual learning profile. In order to add a new student profile, follow the steps below.

To add a new student profile:

1. Log in to your Varsity Tutors account.

2. Select the drop-down menu in the upper-right corner of the Home Page.

3. Select Add Profile.

4. Fill in the student details.

5. Select Finish.

Steps to request a new tutor in a different subject:

1. Log in to your Varsity Tutors account.

2. If you have more than one student, select the correct student profile from the dropdown menu in the top-right corner of the Home Page.

3. Select Tutoring from the left-side menu.
4. Within the New Subject box, click Start Journey.
5. Select one:
   1. Help me find a tutor
      1. Type in the desired subject into the search bar.
      2. Follow the on-screen prompts to enter your:
         1. Frequency
         2. Session Length
         3. Availability
      3. Finalize you details:
         1. Preferred Start Date
         2. Goals & Notes (Optional)
      4. Click Submit Request
   2. I want to browse the tutors gallery
      1. Filter by name or university
      2. Filter by subject
      3. Click Schedule a Session in the desired tutor's bio
      4. Select the desire subject
      5. Select the Session Length
      6. Select Frequency
      7. Select your available days
      8. Select your desired Start Date and Start Time
      9. Select Series Duration
         1. Ongoing or Fixed End Date
      10. Add Notes (Optional)
      11. Click Schedule Sessions
