If you are not receiving emails from Varsity Tutors—or if our messages are being routed to your spam or junk folder—you can follow the steps below to ensure proper delivery.
Step 1: Confirm the Email Address on the Learner Profile
Log in to your Varsity Tutors account.
Select the drop-down menu in the upper-right corner of the Home Page.
Select My Account.
Scroll down to Quick Links.
Select Contact Information.
Check that the email address is correct.
Step 2: Check your Spam or Junk Folder
Locate any Varsity Tutors email in your spam or junk folder.
Add the sender to your contacts by selecting Varsity Tutors and choosing Add to contacts.
In the email body, select Looks safe (or the equivalent option provided by the email service).
Step 3 (Gmail Users Only): Create a Filter
Select the gear icon in Gmail and navigate to Filters and Blocked Addresses.
Select Create a new filter.
In the From field, enter @varsitytutors.com.

Check the following options:
Never send it to Spam
Always mark it as important
Also apply filter to matching conversations
Select Create Filter.
Note: Other email providers offer similar filtering and safe-sender options within their settings menus.
Additional Assistance
If you continue to experience issues after completing these steps, please contact your email provider (such as Gmail Support) for further troubleshooting. Because email delivery is managed by the provider, Varsity Tutors is unable to directly resolve issues within your email account.
