Every tutor undergoes a thorough background check and is enrolled in an ongoing monitoring program to support the highest safety standards.
Video Interview:
Tutors complete a video interview that is reviewed for quality through both AI scoring and human evaluation to identify top candidates.
Subject Expertise Validation:
Tutors take assessments to verify their knowledge of specific subjects and age groups, ensuring they are equipped to provide accurate, up-to-date instruction.
Student–Tutor Matching Algorithm:
After approval, tutors are matched with students through an AI-powered algorithm that evaluates more than 100 attributes, including learning style, subject needs, and academic goals.
Ongoing Quality Assurance:
Tutors are continuously monitored through session ratings, client feedback, and session notes to maintain the highest quality of instruction.
