Session links are valid for one session only. After the session ends, the link expires and can no longer be used.
Here’s what to do:
- Verify the session link: Check the email you received with the session link to ensure you’re using the correct one. The email also lists the date and time of the session.
- Join from your account: If you can’t find the email, log in to your Varsity Tutors account and try joining the session directly from your account page.
- Contact your tutor: If you’re still unable to join, reach out to your tutor and ask them to send you the correct session link.
If these steps don’t work, ask your tutor to schedule a new session and send you the updated link. You can still join the new session at your original meeting time, as long as it’s not more than 24 hours in the future.
