Session links are emailed 24 hours before your scheduled tutoring session. If you are unable to locate the email, you can log into your account to access your session using the instructions provided below.
Option 1: Use the Email Link
Check Your Email Inbox: Look for the email sent 24 hours before your session’s scheduled start time, open the email, and click on the session link. If the email is not in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder. Option 2: Log In to Your Account
If you cannot locate the email with your session link, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Varsity Tutors account.
- If you have more than one student, select the correct student profile from the dropdown menu in the top-right corner of the Home Page.
- Your next session will appear at the top of the Home Page.
- Click on the Join session button at the scheduled time.
If you are unable to locate the session link, either in your email or by logging into your account, contact your tutor through the Messaging page of your account. If needed, the tutor can send you the session link directly.

Important Notes:
- Session links are valid for one session only. A new link will be issued for each session with your tutor.
- Links cannot be reused: Once a session is over, the link will expire.
- Early Access: Sessions may be accessed up to 60 minutes before the scheduled start time.
